There Really is a Difference

Yesterday I said that I preferred the Basic PSTec click track because you could do it lying down.  So, like a good subject, I clicked on the feelings around the PSTec Positive.  I was amazed at how much energy I shifted, in fact it seemed to bring up a lot of sorrow at the end, and though I got too tired to keep going, I am really glad I went through the process.

So I kept thinking about "What's different" after using the PSTec Negative, and the thing I notice the most is the QUIET inside my head.  It's not that I'm not thinking of anything, it's just that the Critical Voice that is always pushing me to "justify my existence", seems to be, dare I say, at peace.

This morning, when I woke up, there was no immediate thoughts: What seemed strangely quiet was the normal critical review of yesterday's behavior, no immediate recall of something I was guilty of; no condemnation!

I think I may be at a real turning point in my life and may be ready to start crafting some positive belief statements that I would like to anchor in.  Not that I'm rushing in to anything, but I definitely feel different and even want to exercise more!

PSTec Negative The Negative Belief Erasure!

I wanted to tell you about PSTec Negative.  This is Tim Phizackerly's Negative Belief Buster, giving you a way to easily break the chain of old habits and give you a chance to be you without all the static.

Here is my experience:

First off I have to say I love Basic Click Track is that you can do it while you're lying down.

So, to be honest, I don't enjoy PSTec Positive or Negative as well as the basic click track, but that is simply because I can't lie on my back and don't really like to have to sit, write things down and then look at them while I'm tapping.

With that being said, I have tried to follow Tim Phizackerley's advice and use the basic click track for the emotions I feel with an issue, then follow that up with PSTec Negative for the belief.  I know I'm supposed to follow that up with a PSTec positive but I'm not that far along in my personal process.  

But back to the PSTec Negative. I haven't felt the major shifts that I have with the basic click tracks, but I know things are different inside my head because the critical voice does not have as much to say now and I don't wake up full of the same thoughts as before. It may not sound like much, but it is definitely different than before.

The most important thing I could say about all of the PSTec products, other than the fact that I think they are wildly affordable, and if you are anywhere as much of a tightwad as I am, that is really saying something, is that I have spent the last 25 years searching for something that really works!  And I swear I have tried them all!  My poor kid used to get so frustrated with me, but since I found PSTec, I have never once felt the need for another tool.

It's true, I still use EFT when I am not near my headphones or a quiet place where I can devote 12 minutes to the click tracks, but nothing has worked more effectively than PSTec for me and I feel so much lighter and excited about life than I did before.  Now, at least, I have a real fighting chance to clear the garbage from my mind and body, and I hope you'll take the opportunity to give these great tools a try.

One last thing, I absolutely love the Embracing Change audio that recently came out and listen to that one almost every night when I go to bed.

PSTec Negative - The Belief Eraser

I am excited to see how this new addition to the PSTec line stair steps perfectly the two other PSTec tools.

First there was PSTec, the click track.  This is the FREE, basic click track that everyone uses.  It was developed to eliminate problematic feelings and emotions.
