So I started using the PSTec, the new percussive healing modality in February and although much of my life is still the same, I am definitely different inside my head.
If you haven't tried PSTec, you really should check it out. Everyone can afford it, the first 2 audios are completely free and do the job just fine!
The only thing I don't love about it is the creator's website. It feels like there is way to much information, but perhaps that's just me.
If you haven't heard about this technique, and you have any kind of negative chatter in your head, give yourself a treat and check this one out. I'll keep you posted on how I use it and what results I get.
