How to Improve Your Typing in 10 Minutes or Less!

My son had plateaued with his typing and couldn't get past 24.2 wpm.  He had been stuck there for over a week and was very frustrated.  I told him he could do it the easy way or the hard way.  He said he'd rather do it the hard way and why not just use the click track.  I told him I'd tap with him so he agreed.  We tapped for about 10 minutes then he went and retook the typing test.  His accuracy was the same (94.3%) but his words per minutes was now 34.2!  It was incredible.

The next day he took the test in his class and his accuracy went up to 98% and he was typing at 40.5wpm.  How's that for a speedy improvement!  I have been tapping with my kids lately and I've found that it's just as effective for me to tap for someone as it is for them to tap for themselves.  So if you have someone who can't tap for themselves, go ahead a give it a try.  You may find you can really lend a hand without even touch them.

Winter Market in Moscow, Id

Had a fun day at Moscow's first Winter Market yesterday. There were so many gorgeous vegetables outside and the artisans inside had some wonderful jewelry, art and creations. I especially liked the Pear Conserve I tried and the creative solid lotion I got from Gifts from the Heart by KarenK.

The thing I noticed is people don't seem to need more stuff, actually it feels like they would rather unpacked their stuff and let it go. But how to do that is really the stumbling block for many folks. So I feel compelled to mention PSTec and EFT again because they are the two most powerful Universal Healing Aids that I have found in the last 30 years of searching.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, works on neurologically separating memory and emotion and is effective by tapping on the body's meridians. This related video does an excellent job of presenting how EFT can help. This is a well researched Alternative Healing Modality that is incredibly powerful and can easily empower the user in untold ways. I have used this tool since 2005 and believe it really should a tool in "everyone's first aid kit"(Dr. Mercola).

PStec is the other head turner I want to share.  PStec, Percussive Suggestive Technique, has also been so well tested.  Here is a video on the latest release, the Negative Belief Buster.  Although this is a long video, it will give you a great sense of the creator of PStec, Tim Phizackerley and his right hand man, Jeff Harding.

I have been working on chakras a lot lately and found myself leaning towards wearing the chakra I was working on. The stones became a great outlet in my bracelets and gave me a fluid color scheme and energy flow to follow while putting the beads together. What I have been wanting to talk about of late is how important it is to take your health into your own hands. It is imperative that we take control of our lives and relegate medicine to be taken for other reasons. That being said, I have spent years and years searching out effective modalities that can lighten the loads we carry within every society. To date, the most incredibly effective techniques are PStec and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). If you look to the right you'll see links to PStec and will repost more about EFT as well.

Sorry about the whacky layout

I need a team to make the website look better, but hey, this is too important to delay. If you would like to get any info at all about this great program, please let me know and I will introduce you. Joy Hope you watched the latest video, it is a corker.

This is so Awesome!

I just watched the latest video about PSTec, and I was so inspired.  I have been using this technique for several years now and I just love that Tim and Jeff are creating such a great video to share.  I completely agree, this Percussive Technique is the most effective and painless way to go, it is perfect for anyone who wants results now.  Absolutely.

I offer PSTEC therapy because the results have been extraordinary. Please phone or email me with your questions to see how this can help you.

How some people handle stress

It is so interesting how so many people are stressed but so few have active techniques that help to reduce the negative feelings related.

For years I have used EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques, originated by Gary Craig, and used worldwide by millions.  Carol Look is an incredible practitioner who shares widely about this technique.

PSTec - A deeper, faster modality (in my opinion) is great but does require the use of headphones.  Not everyone is able to get away and use this technique if there is an immediate need pressing.

Christopher Westra has good material, much of it is at no charge.

Lola Jones does some great work and is a powerful energy healer.

There are so many great individuals available online, I think it is worth it to explore the different ideas available.  See which ideas agree with your beliefs and take advantage of the powerful stress reducing suggestions that are at your fingertips.

Don't let stress drive you...this is your life.  How would you prefer it to be?

Am I Afraid of Even Mentioning Alternative Healing?

I find it so interesting when you share an alternative type of information with people, the wide range of responses you can get.

For the most part I'm pretty quiet about this amazing healing tool simply because I've gotten
sensitive to the reactions I get from folks unwilling to open their eyes to anything other than the American Medical Model.  But when someone is interested, I really light up and get excited to share.

So Tracey, (and everyone else here) wander through this website to gain a bit of info about PSTEC.  There are links to the main page for the free PSTEC download as well as all the other great tools. My suggestion is to try the freebies but once you do, there are so many inexpensive tools that are worth their weight in gold, so don't limit yourself here.

I had also mentioned EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which is called a Universal Healing Aid and is practiced all over the world.  I have used EFT since 2005 and though I abandoned it for the last few years because of PSTEC, I've taken it up again because of a webinar I heard with Carol Look. Carol is one of my favorite mentors and has tons of great material available to read & listen to.

A great example of the power of EFT (frequently just called tapping), is when you can tap for someone who isnb't interested in trying it because it just seems "too weird".

One of the life guards had a new bug bite that was bothering her but she just wasn't into the idea of trying EFT.  So I tapped on myself, for her, and she completely forgot about the bite on her leg within 2-3 minutes.  The next day when I asked her about it she looked and there was just a tiny mark that remained. She didn't think anything of it because she had basically forgotten that it had even bothered her in the first place.

Hard to get credit for something when the client forgets their troubles so easily, but the implications of such a powerful technique are astounding.  What if every lifeguard knew and practiced these techniques to help overcome the challenges some of their patrons faced; bee stings, traumas, scares, etc.  This seems so much more valuable than offering a band-aid or nothing while waiting for the EMT's to arrive to offer their services, if needed.

I suppose this is my way of saying I need to stop hiding these wonderful tools from those who could use them simply because I am timid of the response of the disinterested.

Both of these tools have made such a powerful addition to my life and the lives of millions who have embraced them.  There are hundreds of stories online to support this, so if I can encourage you to check them out, you may find some helpful allies here.

Blessings and Joy
